Variable Speed Drives

H3PC’s Variable Speed Control is a great economical choice for those constant flow/constant pressure irrigation applications. Our design is geared to the Farmer with our evolutionary “Cruise Control Feature”. It works just like the one on your pickup today… Get to your desired speed, flow, or pressure, and “set it and forget it”. There is no need to have to press any buttons on a keypad or make any “parameter changes”. It is a very simplistic, easy-to-use feature that allows the Farmer or End user to interact with Variable Speed Controller with ease and confidence.

We offer these Variable Speed Controller in Single Phase and Three Phase Ratings. We can also offer the IEEE519 Compliance with the Variable Speed Controller that is specific to your utility requirements.

 

Custom Controls

H3PC’s unique Engineering ability gives you direct access to accomplish a specific task. If you have Poultry Production, Blueberries, Olives, Cranberries, Orange Groves, Peach Orchards, Pecan Orchards, Vegetable Production (on plastic under drip), or all the above in conjunction with row crops under Pivot Irrigation, we can give you the control and flexibility you need to accomplish your desired flows and pressures.

 

Across-the-Line Starter

H3PC’s ECONO-LINE ATL Motor Controller is a unique design with great flexibility and very accommodating. It is a NEMA 3R Design with a Fused J-Class Disconnect, NEMA Rated Contactor, Solid State Overload, Hand-Off-Auto, Aux Terminals, This product offers some additional features that could potentially be important to the end user such as: Start By-Pass Pushbutton

 

Part Wind Start

H3PC’s PART-WIND Motor Controller is an inexpensive means to stop and start a reduced voltage motor. The PART-WIND is standard with a NEMA 3R Rated Enclosure, Main Circuit Breaker, HOA, Start/By-Pass Push Button, Aux Terminals, (2) Full Voltage Non Reversing Magnetic Starters with Circuit Timer (0-10 sec), and (2) Adjustable Class 10 Bi-Metallic Overloads.

Additional Options Available:

  • 120V Controls (CPT)
  • J-Class Fused Disconnect
  • Voltage Monitor

 

Soft Start

H3Pc’s SOFT START Motor Controller is n new and innovative means to stop and start a reduced voltage motor. The SOFT START is standard with a NEMA 3R Rated Enclosure, Main Circuit Breaker, HOA, Start/By-Pass Push Button, Aux Terminals, Integral Run By-Pass, and External Mounted Class 1- Overload.

Optional Feature to also include the following:

Isolation Contactor for Motor Protection, J-Class Fused Disconnect Switch

 

VFD

H3PC’s VFD Package is built to guarantee a satisfied customer. H3PC has put together a very LOW COST but very functional VFD Package for CONSTANT PRESSURE APPLICATIONS.

Standard Features to also include the following: NEMA 3R Aluminum Fan Ventilated Enclosure, with Danfoss and Square D Constant Pressure VFD, Speed Pot, and Hand-Off-Auto Selector Switch.
